Delivery Time:
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location. Typically, orders shipped within the U.S. arrive within 3-7 business days after leaving our fulfillment center.

Shipping Delays:
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Destinations:
We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Order Issues:
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at info@rocklifegear.com with your order number and details. We will do our best to assist you, but please be aware that some situations may be beyond our control.

Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to correct it before the order is shipped.

Rock Life Return & Exchange Policy:

At Rock Life, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We immediately start processing your order so that it leaves our fulfillment center in 8-10 business days, which means we are unable to interrupt this process. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before submission. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. While all sales are final, we offer size exchanges to accommodate your needs.  
Size Exchange Policy:

Eligibility for Exchange: We have a 14 day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a size exchange, please email info@rocklifegear.com with the subject line "SIZE EXCHANGE".

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Rock Life, P.O. Box 1264, Kodiak, AK 99615. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your item, we will process your size exchange request. Please note, exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
