Rock Life Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons, such as holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please allow for the full processing time before your order is shipped.

Shipping Methods:
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey. 

Delivery Time:
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location. Typically, orders shipped within the U.S. arrive within 7-10 business days after leaving our fulfillment center.

Shipping Delays:
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. We are a small business and greatly appreciate your business as well as patience and understanding.

Shipping Destinations:
We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at info@rocklifegear.com with your order number and details. We will do our best to assist you, but please be aware that some situations may be beyond our control.

Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to correct it before the order is shipped.
