Refund policy
At Rock Life, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We immediately start processing your order so that it leaves our fulfillment center in 3-5 business days, which means we are unable to interrupt this process. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before submission. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. While all sales are final, we offer size exchanges to accommodate your needs.
Size Exchange Policy:
Eligibility for Exchange: We have a 14 day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your item, we will process your size exchange request. Please note, exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
